Delica bead substitution?

Hey folks,

I've seen quite a few delica bead patterns and am not super familiar with those; has anyone tried using other types of beads, such as mini perler or mini pony, in place of delicas? Or does that not work :/ Most of the patterns appear to be Panel ones. Any insight would be much appreciated

@vampirefir: sick! :3 i was hoping that was the case but worried that it wouldn’t rly translate over exactly, since i haven’t seen the shape of delicas irl. TYSM ! ^_^

Any bead with similar length/width proportions should work- the little lizard charm patterns work for both the tiny seed beads and 6x9mm pony beads!
