How can I tell the person I like that I like them?

We are both ravers and love kandi. He's my best friend of 4 years. But I want to tell him that I've developed stronger feelings for him, but with kandi. How should I do it? I don't want to make just a cuff and hand it to him kinda thing. Like, I want it to be a special moment you know? I need advice and ideas :S

I get what you're saying :3 I need more letter beads but that is a cute idea. Or maybe cuffs. I just might do that <3 Thank you! "plurr12345": I would give him a bunch of singles that say one word on them to make a sentence like: "I love you" or "Will you go out with me?" or "I have developed very strong feelings for you" and then get him to take all of the singles and try and form the sentence. If that makes sense lol.
