How many cuffs can some make in one day?

I can only due about two are some people who can do more and what time do you take a brake,rest, or go to bed.

If I sit and just work on a cuff without breaks, I can finish in an hour MAYBE a little over. If I take a break or two for like 30 minutes, it takes me about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. The most I've made in a day is four.
