Binkies on kandi...

So I have two pieces of kandi that have Binkies on them. One I made mebause I had an extra unused one and the other I got in a trade. Well, someone told me they used them for drugs or something at raves and that wearing them made us look bad (Kandi kids/ravers) I dont want people to think that but I REALLY love my Binky kandi. Is this no big deal? Or should I stop wearing them? Do you guys even care or is it kind of a big deal? Thanks.

"Crumpet": They're right, people use binkies to stop them grinding their teeth or chewing up the inside of their mouths while they're rolling. Ravers are kind of divided on pacifiers. The reason it might make kandi kids/ravers look bad is that people might assume you're wearing it for drugs, and that would reinforce the stereotype that all kandi kids/ravers use drugs. I can't speak for everyone, but I personally don't care if people wear pacifiers as long as they don't suck on them in public outside of raves. Even if you're sober, sucking on a pacifier makes you look like you're on drugs. Also, I think you should be careful where you wear pacifiers. Some adults (even police) consider them to be drug paraphernalia. Thanks! I usually only wear them when I go to events or concerts. A lot of the time they're not even around my neck, just on my backpack. I NEVER suck on them, that's kinda gross lol
