puffins

The scientific name of a Puffin is Fratercula Corniculata. They mate for life. Their babies are called pufflings. The babies kinda hide in holes for their childhood and the parents take turns going on I think about week long fishing trips and come home to feed the puffling. Puffins live by the atlantic. Ex: Oregon. They also despite the coloration and their preference for colder environments are not a kind of penguin. The porgs (forgot how to spell it) from star wars are based on puffins because while they were filming, there were so many puffins that they couldn’t edit them out. Puffin calls are very deep surprisingly. The average puffin lifespan is 25 years.

i love science so much i like genuinely dont understand why people dont like it or think it's boring, cus it's so interesting!! its literally the way we explain our world and how it works, in an understandable way that our brains can work around easier. i love learning about biology and physics and space and all that!! i really wanna dump all the info i know but im like literally forgetting everything as i type this lolz if i wanna rant more i'll edit this comment

the amout of thought that sega and the sonic team puts into the games charecters is a main part of why i love sonic so much. from the very first game they always wanted sonics personality to show though while playing and it kicked marios juciy butt. with the 16 bit sega genisis they could add more detail into sprites so using that to its best ablity was what put it above mario when the two where first released and compeating for no. 1. the main focus in a sonic game is they running so its amazing to see that from the start every charcerter had a very indivijual walk/run cycle that showed personality, and you cant forget the famous idle animations when you, ( for whatever reason) stop running for long enough and sonic leans forward and taps his foot furisly while waiting for you to finishesh you ssupper important task with a raised eyebrow and tails who yawns cus hes little and hes sleepy ( new frame plus refrance from the sonic animation analisis vid) to knukles shadow boxing, and my favoiurt , shadow smoothing out his quills. its a story driven by charecters who have to much care from behind the screen and its really does show. like any fandom it has its gross corners but ive meet some truly creative, passionate and kind people who just enjoy this lil blue guy running around at the spead of sound with his friends and all the creators behind all the content weve gotten the past 2 years are astounding, frountiers is amazing and i cant wait to see where it takes the games next story and play style next, the netflix show sonic prime was a true joy to watch and i recomend it to anyone in and out of the sonic fanbase as it introduces the charecters in a way outsiders who have never seen sonic at all can understand who they are and it also new and refreshing and still be true to the characters. very entertaining and im very exited for season 2. along with is is the murder mystery game we got not to long ago witch was surprizingly super fun. you just get to see charecters interact in a non life or death situation and jsut enjoy the wholesome ness of tails and co. also the one part where shadow is admiering the train and its relaxing vibes perfect for a hot drink and tails add "with lots of mini mashmellos " and he agrees but not really and he looks like hes trying his hardest to nod along as to not hurt tails' feelings, witch is so fucking cute holy shit tails is an angel that must be protected and shadow is his body gaurd. the games art style is also super cute i love it so much and its free on steam so if you have the means and time i highly recomend you play its quite good and funny anf heartwarming and cute.
