question for 3d cuff experts

so if i was go make a cupcake layer 3d cuff liek this

how many X's would it need to be? in the photo ot looks like 2 but i dont know how i'd make the bottom 3d part or is this just a modfied UFO cuff?

Yeah, it looks like its 2 x's for the base

I'm probably going to describe the outside very badly but ill try >w<

So the first part of it looks like just how one would normally make a cuff 3d, like with the 5 beads, and then two beads going through the middle. Then the white part would be the same but ofc just using the middle beads of the rows below, then the decoration row x3
