How much X’s do you need to make the base of a kandi rotating cuff?

I’m making a kandi rotating cuff and I just want to be sure of how many X’s do I need

Note: I’m not making a mini rotator or a single replacing the rotating part. I just want to be sure how much X’s I need. Any help?

for the mini rotator youre making it would be 3 x's high

for bigger cuffs, it would be 5 x's high normally, like for the mariokart cuffs, and from there you can kind of just do whatever you want, it just takes a minute to figure out the sizing usually
