a common misconception is that xenogenders are just every more abstract gender identity. xenogenders are a specific subtype of neogenders (which is just literally every gender-thing coined after 2000). the definition ive always used for xenogender is "a gender that's unable to be contained within the human understanding of gender". It is its complete own thing outside of any relation to "male", "female", "nonbinary", etc.

neopronouns are a bit easier to define, they're just pretty much any pronoun other than she/they/he. you use them the same way you'd use she/they/he, and they can be pretty much anything. they can be abstract, like ze/zir, ae/aer, and xey/xem (which i use heheh), or straight up nouns like kit/kits or sugar/spice. ("nounself pronouns", as they're called, can seem a bit more confusing at first but it's the same as any other neopronoun where you just replace he/they/she with the noun. "they left their coat at the park" turns to "sugar left spices coat at the park" or "kit left kits coat at the park"). hope that helps a bit rainbowsmile

Id describe xenogenders as unconventional genders, like instead of being a boy or girl, maybe your genders better described as outer space, or a cat

Neopronouns are unconventional pronouns, instead of she he or they. Some people find that pronouns like xe/xer, or ae/aer better represent how they want their gender to be recognized

Idk I don’t identify with xenogenders or use neopronouns so if someone wants to correct me feel free ^_^
