I need major help!!

okay so, I have a therapy appointment today and I am planning on coming out to my therapist as a trans guy. If you have any tips or advice for me, please share them!! I'm very nervous and excited at the same time lol

UPDATE!! i gave her a note and told her to read it after i left and so I'll see what she says next thursday (when i have another therapy appointment)

you could try coming out through a joke like:

knock knock

whos there?

not a girl

not a girl who?

im not a girl anymore and i hope that youll support me too!!

idk i cant give much advice when it comes to things like this but i would love to hear how it goes!!
