in my experience ad blockers tend to *at least* block the pop ups, which are the most annoying. then you just gotta get good^tm at dodging those weird automatic *open new tab to take you somewhere weird* ads before the site loads so you don't have to deal with that crap. (it's basically muscle memory for me lmao. ive been pirating movies since my first computer...which was my mom's. probably gave her a lot of trojans.)

zoro.to, I havent used it in a while, but they usually have no ads, or no weird ads

i'd suggest getting a good adblocker - it will make crunchyroll tolerable and piracy easier unfortunately its highly unlikely youre gonna find an illegal site without horrific porn ads

i recommend downloading ublock origin as a chrome extension, it'll fix ur problem, you can get it for firefox too (which is my pref but whatever)
