So I took a quiz from Embrace Autism, and I scored a 37. I really do entrust in this thing, but I am not one to self diagnose. Here's the picture

But I am really confused- Should I tell my parents about it? Where do I go from here to get a diagnosis? I just need some help- If anyone with autism knows anything, it would be super helpful! (Here's the quiz I took-)

All the scores I'm getting on that page are pointing towards autism, but my parents deny it. I got a 40 on the one you took, 128 on the RAADS test, and 18 on the empathy one. I've been really thinking i mite have autism for the past two years or so, and just asked my parents abt it, and they said i don't and that i'm just lazy & only choose to remember things i want to. i'm almost 18, and will seek a professional diagnosis when I'm out of the house

@asherneedssleep: Maybe not a counselor, I'd talk to an ASD Specialist or a Psychiatrist

You should talk to your parents about getting tested just in case, and if it comes back negative I'm sure you're just on the edge of the umbrella of autism happy

Hey so hello, me to, but i would say you should also do some other and extra research. I have spent lots of time looking into this. I am concurrently accumulating evidence (for myself and because my parents deny stuff) but i do really recommend looking into it and then if you feel like you have some concrete stuff talk w/ friends see if they notice traits (my friends pointed out i was autistic) so yeah! have fun w/ it just remember that a neurodivergent person can still show signs. It could also be ADD/ADHD so i do recommend looking into these things. If you want you can message me and i can help (i've done research for months but lemme know <3
