There are lots of different ways in going about making a skirt~ It's all your preference though on which method you want to use- As mentioned, there's the x-cuff method [which is the most popular]- http://kandipatterns.com/photo-page/kandi-skirt/5199 Then there's the gladiator skirt that's made by using a peyote stitch band for around the waist and a bunch of peyote stitch panels to make the length of the skirt. http://kandipatterns.com/photo-page/odd-stance-and-kandi-pile/24763 There's also the way of making a double or peyote or multi or even use the x-cuff method to make a band for around your waist then making the length of the skirt with a fringe. I'm not exactly sure how that's done, I'm sure people all do it a different way, but this is what I'm talking about: http://donewiththatshitt.tumblr.com/image/18046877022 Those are the kind I see around the most, but there are definitely so many ways/variations to make a skirt~ Good luck big grin

I saw a really cute skirt that the main part of it was a huge peyote cuff and then it expanded out on the bottom as an X base and it got smaller at the top as an X base so it would fit right, you could always try that. It looked really cute.

you start it off by 3, then go to 5, 7, 9 and so on. It will expand as you keep on adding beads (Make sure you go by 2's but odd numbers) big grin hope that helps happy

So you know hoe on the x-base you add points of 3? after some rows with points of 3, do some with 5, then 7, this will expand it. kinda like a star happy hope that helps.
