ofc ur not forcing me ur across a screen

like- "i recommend you eat cheese /nf" why would u be forcing me- u already said recommend that means ur not making me.

it's more like, "hey could you please do this thing? /nf" like, it's not a requirenment to do the thing, you don't *have* to do it, but i'd like you to do it. kinda like "no pressure".

i use it like if someone is feeling bad i go like "you can talk to me about it /nf" because i don't want them to feel forced to tell me abt something if they don't want to!

some ppl use tone tags where they arent really needed (like your cheese example) but its better to tell ppl ifyou do or dont need a tag used for a specific thing so they know , because some ppl DO need tone tags used for things that seem unnecessary! i hope this helps :]
