If your making a pattern on this site I suggest using the peyote stitch form and just make a triangle, (look at some other bikini patterns on here for reference). The skeleton (first row of typical peyote stitch) will be the center of one triangle. As for sizing, A-cup is 22 rows, B cup 24, C-26, D-28. I kinda talked about making actual bikini as well as the pattern, hope I've helped. p.s. just to warn you, you also need to be aware of how far apart each side/cup of the bikini is, varies for each person, I made mine too far apart and I absolutely must wear something under it (probably should anyway just for comfort) next time I make one it will me closer together.
