I wanna do a trade but no one I know knows what kandi is, so I need help

any advice on trading for the first time?

I’m hoping that when I got back to school maybe there will be someone who wears and knows what kandi is lol

@Cathy_B3: thank you, I thought about doing a plur kit or an online trade but having to mail it, my mom might not want me to I guess because it could be giving a person my address or something like that. And it’s hard to find to people in my area that know what kandi is, because in my neighborhood I think I’m the only girl that’s a teen. So I’d have to do it at school, maybe.

online trades or plur kits! Also just going up to someone with kandi and saying you like it then asking to trade this is probably hard since finding people with kandi is pretty tricky especially in my area + actually having to talk to a stranger but i hope all goes well and you actually get to trade with someone

i’ve taught people how to make kandi & then traded with them after i’ve mainly done it with my friends, but i taught a substitute teacher once since i had beads on me already & finished my work

@BunnyBoyDeku: Thank you this helps a lot! All the people in my school are bullies, preppy kids, and kind of snobby ones that think highly of themselves just because they go to a private school.
And I know how to do the plur handshake, and I thought about doing it with my best friend because she kind of knows of kandi. But I hope you have luck finding some people that are into it as much as you are

I don't entirely know how to help, but I'm in the same situation although I traded for the first time yesterday and it was pretty fun!! Make sure you actually become friends with the person/people first though so it has more meaning. And honestly, I'd just straight up ask if they wanted to trade if we felt pretty close lol. If they don't want to, it's no huge deal, if they do, it can be tricky but it's pretty easy!! Just don't forget about the plur handshake or else you're just handing each other kandi if you don't know how to do it, you can watch a tutorial(?) or kandi trade on yt. But yeah, I really hope I can find some peeps in school who are into it. If there are I might make a kandi club /hj
