So I completely forgot it was trans ftm pride day until just now (it's almost 1:00 am) but I finally remembered and mentioned it to my parents, who aren't transphobic but don't particularly like that I'm trans. They never call me by my preferred name, either. Just my dead name. Anyway, I remembered and mentioned it as I said and walked into the room with my trans flag wrapped around me

Welp they finally called me Kai qwq which legit got me crying right away cuz like, it means so much to me and they always use my dead name and she/her pronouns so them finally using my preferred name made me so happy-

Anyway, I'm now gonna use this opportunity to say this to all transgender folks out there: you're awesome and valid and deserve so much love. There's been a lot of transphobia out there but just know that you matter so much. And I'll be honest with ya, trans peeps are so friggin cute like WHY CAN'T I LOOK THAT CUTE YOU GUYS ARE ADORABLE anyway, yeah. I'm so sorry I'm late with this!! But it doesn't matter who you are as long as you're happy, and it shouldn't make a difference to anyone. You're all amazing!!
