hai!! so i haven't been diagnosed with adhd but i do have some study tips that i use!! cuz i lose focus and motivation super quickly and i have to study for finals next week as well

1. make a schedule!! i did this last night and trust me its super helpful!! it might not sound helpful but heres what i did: i got a piece of paper and wrote down everything i'm doing each day of the week to study. (ex: monday - do science study guide and math study guide. tuesday - do science study guide part 2 and math cheat sheet, etc) then i have something to go by and know what i have to do each day to stay focused and on time

2. get sum snacks and drinks to have handy while u study, cuz it can rlly wear u out and u might get hungry :3

3. get all of ur distractions out of sight. if u have ur phone with u, turn off notifications or put it away to prevent u from going on it. trust me its helpful cuz then ur not checking it all the time and getting distracted. if u have any other tabs open that aren't school related, close them (u can keep music open to change it)

4. set timers!! i like to set timers so that i know when to take breaks and how long i should work. most of the time, i work for about an hour and then take a ten minute break. it helps u stay focused and prevents u from overworking

hope that helped!! awesome1

  • put a little reward at the end of every paragraph (m&m, gummy, etc) pinkicecream2
  • For every paragraph/page/whatever you complete, give yourself a reward (x minutes of gaming/tv/youtube or smth) bananacomputer
  • Have fidgets all around you squirt
  • for every question you get right or smth eat ur fav snack or drink ur fav drink cuteburger
  • play music you like at a low volume while you study celllove

Hope this helps!! -Flint/Lennon/Pyro & Amity

you could study with friends, that's what helps me

or if your teacher posts review games you could play those since most of them are pretty interactive

For me what helps is noise like people talking or just noises. I like to study in rooms with people talking...but like not loud enough to hear their convos cause then all my attention goes on that convo and makes it hard to pay attention ya know?? If your studying at home you could probably look up some videos for background noise??? This is also just me and probably won't work on everyonecolorfulhearts
