I hold a lighter up to mine and hold the breaking pieces together to melt them back but be careful not to burn the beads and don't hold the flame close to your hands (I've done both many times and it was not enjoyable lol)

idk how to fix it but i suggest if your making a new one to iron boh sides until the perlers look slightly squished/melted

put felt on the back if only one side is visible! it'll make it way more sturdy kao yes

make sure when you iron your perlers you iron both sideskao yes

be very careful while doing this but i usually use a lighter to mend my perlers breaking if theyre already on like a necklace or bracelet and i cant put it under the iron again

i would either retire it and have it on display, or iron itreaper

you could glue it! I would recommend super glue or maybe you can try to melt it together
