How do you make a double with letters in the middle?

instead of using regular beads as the conncector beads, you would use letter beads instead

like the PLUR double i have? You would do it like a single with words but make it into a double basically you string the beads,not through the letters, (if your doing it the way i did it) on the outside of the letters you would string your beads in your pattern but once you get to the end dont string it through the letters tie it off before you get to the first letter. Did that make sense if not i could re word it and explain it in a different way.I hope this helps tho.
