OKAY SO LIKE

has anyone else ever kinned a character so hard that it almost seems like you are that character?? like you go out of your way to look and act like that character, or it just comes easily?? like whenever I see karkat vantas (homestuck) and nico di angelo (PJO) I'm like 'oh hey that's me lol' but like...not really me?? bruh idk man LOL

like is this normal lol

Same, this kinda sounds like a delusional attachment (not an official term btw) but do some research on it and see if that's what you think it is bc I have DAs and that's what this makes me think of

SSAMEE !! u can look into the term copinglink if u want a more specific term (and see if it fits) bec thats what i usually call that feeligng!!kao happy

that's sort of happened to me but it was a hyperfixation, altho the little mannerisms ive picked up from that period from said character have kinda stuck w me (won't specify which character tho bc he is nOT a good character in the slightest shock shock) crying
