do you have to have a "caregiver" to be a little? i have age regressed before but i felt like it was useless without a "caregiver"/genuine question

you don't at all! I just have schlatt, ted and another person (who's not an alter-) but honestly it's fine to not, I know people who dont like them for a reason or just because. your experience is your own and as long as it helps it is not useless <3 - charlie slimecicle

I used to age regress (not as much anymore) and I didn’t have a caregiver.

i'm a regressor and no you don't need a caregiver. if you want one its completely up to you, but i personally don't have one and don't think it's required.
