anyone know much about lace code

I want to put pink and black laces on my boots like the anarcho-queer flag but I'm not sure on what pink laces mean. I've hear some people say it means you're gay, and others say it means you're homophobic, and some say it means feminism. I know it varies from region to region but I really don't want to put new laces on my boots without being sure I know what they mean.

also its bisexual health month so all my bi people are legally obligated to take care themselves this month

i dont think black laces mean anything since they are the color that docs come with. purple means gay, so im not sure what pink means. i think it means you support women, but im not completely sure.

@genimccleni: thank you so much, knowing the different regions is so helpful!

but just so you know red and white don't usually mean homophobic, white means white supremacist and red means neo-nazi

black doesnt really mean anything

pink means queer pride. it was originally queer basher but its been reclaimed by queer people or cancer survivor or feminist depending on your area

white means white supremist/white power

red means neo-n@zi so def wanna avoid that one

blue means "i killed a cop"

yellow means anti-racist/anti-facist

purple means gay pride in general

green could really differ on where youre from but the main meanings are environmentalist, irish pride, SHARP, and ska fan

idk about orange and grey but if you ever put orange or grey make sure grey isnt light enough to be considered white and orange doesnt look like a red lol. hope this helps! -Mikkel
