transmascs/nbs/gnc ppl please help

so i'm wearing my binder and i just wanna know- are front panels of binders meant to stretch?

i just want to be safe abt binding, have a rad day!!

in my opinion and best judgement, it doesn't matter what parts stretch, so long as its not painful to wear. If it hurts to breathe in deeply, size up. If you can't move your arms around comfortably, size up. If it hurts after many hours of wearing? You should be okay since this tends to be a normal thing to occur. ALWAYS do stretches after wearing it for a long time or else your shoulders will get fucked up lol. I never did and they pop all the time now. ALSO don't try to put one on immediately after a shower, it will be extremely difficult and you could get stuck. Always wait for your skin to completely dry if you can.
