Are you using etsy?

Etsy takes a 10% fee from every item you sell. I don't think depop does, so maybe that could be an alternative, since many people use it and you wouldn't be losing that 10% from the sales fee.

You could also try selling on NextDoor! It's local, and all you do is post an item for sale and someone comes to pick it up! My mom has used it before and it's worked very well for her. No fees or taxes for shipping, which would save even more!
