so I don’t have diagnosed adhd so I will not say I have it, but I have very similar symptoms and it’s hard for me to study. I’m a naturally smart person (somehow) and can usually get away with not studying and still do okay, but I have a test it in my hardest subject tomorrow and I keep getting distracted so do you guys have any tips on how to study in longer periods without getting distracted 513b39525823e_crying.gif513b55c71219e_kao_cry.gif

what i (someone with diagnosed adhd, ik the struggle dood) normally try to do is find short-ish videos about the topic because that kind of thing keeps my attention a lot better than reading or smth. i've also found that reading along to things as they're being read to me helps me comprehend and pay attention more, like just having text-to-speech reading to me while i doodle or read along keeps my attention pretty well!
