Hey! For some reason it won't let me reply to the person who asked how to make these so I'm just gonna explain it here ;u;

You start by making a regular kandi donut (kanditoybox on YT has a really good tutorial); when you flip it over you'll see there's a bunch of dough color beads sticking out on the back. Take a new piece of string & pull it through one of those beads, then add 3 beads & pull it through the next bead that's sticking out-- if you pull it tight it looks like a cat ear! Then you're just gonna make another one of those & tie it off x3
