resize a perler pattern

Hi! im very new to this site and I found a Tamagotchi perler bead pattern that I absolutely love but it is 24x30 and I need to resize it to something around 12x15 (or a lil bigger). i downloaded the pattern and put it into the maker thing, is there anyway to resize it without having to manually do it with every bead? thank you
