hi! i'm new here and i don't know how to make kandi much but it's fun to do! and i want to do it more.

i am also part of a system and wondered if there are any other systems that i can get to know and relate with hehe~

@confused_chaos: i wish you good luck! we currently use a small journal we call the "alter journal" where we all can write in, it's pretty nice to be honest

@confused_chaos: heyyy! idk too much about did and osdd but i have done some research!

a host is kinda the one who fronts the most it says "In psychology and mental health, the host is the most prominent Alter, state, or identity "

im the host of my system, i identify with the body, and im here everyday all day until someone fronts for maybe an hour or so (just a guess). so yeah i definitely majorly front so maybe thats what youre looking for~

in my system i have never had blanks/amnesia from what i know but i think if you have that a good idea is to get a journal or notebook or something! then write down how you would love to meet the others there or something honest, and ask if they could write about themselves or what they do when they front. communication in a system is a long process i think but im here for you if you want to talk abt anything ^^

(im still trying to work on communication and its definitely a process xp)
