I was thinking and was curious how you guys got into kandi? For me it was becus I followed this emo girl on instagram in 2015 and wanted to be like her so bad, when I saw her wearing singlets I went to Michaels and bought stuff to start making Kandi ^__^ since then I've been making kandi

I think through my friends talking about it or cosplayers on tiktok lol but i only started making it this january and ive just become obsessed lol

im not sure but i think it was either just when i was bored out of my mind looking for crafts to do on yt and i found a tutorial and followed it, might also have been when i saw like an edgy cosplayer on tiktok wearing kandi lmao .3.

i think a year or two ago when scenecore first started getting popular!! i followed the tag on tumblr and wanted 2 be like old scene kids so badlyyy

an animator i like showed off their kandi collection and it was super cool! they unlisted the video so i can't see it anymore but i will remember it was super cool :]

Ever since i was a kid i always made beaded bracelets. One day i searched up ideas cause i was bored and saw the word “kandi” pop up a lot so i looked it up and boom now i’m making it all the time i discovered the term kandi around august of 2020

my friend started making singles near the end of last year , and he basically introduced me to it!! n then i got supplies n started making my own stuff in january : D
