Age reg help

So I'm 13 and I age regress (to 5/6 if it matters) but like, my parents don't know and they'd just think it was weird so idk if y'all have any tips for what I can do without my parents questioning it. Currently I have a dragon pajama onesie, I eat dino nuggets and goldfish, and I have some stuffies but thats about it. Also idk if anyone has found a way to make a paci/teether out of perler beads or pony beads because I don't have one.


Also it is NOT a kink. DDLG is a kink. Age reg a coping mechanism.

Have you tried getting chewlery? It's jewlery with non toxic silicone beads that are nice to chew on. Its not the same as a paci, but passes as normal jewlery and lots of adults use it for stimming reasons! I've found them in gaming and toy stores, though they might be a bit on the expensive side (I've found them for up to 25$ wacko). If you have access to online shopping, you can also get custom chewlery on etsy!

@mitnep: i don't really have a way to get much, my parents would probably just be like "you already have enough jewelry" so something like that. I could try seeing if I had something to chew on that I could make in a kandi necklace to make something similar though. Thanks!

@doublezero: Fair!! If you have perler beads I find that nice to chew on, tho its a gentle chew since they rnt made for chewing. Otherwise you could try asking your parents for the silicone beads they make chewlery with! If that doesn't help, I don't have any other ideas (other than maybe making some cloth bracelets in braids or scrunchie fashion out of scrap fabric/old clothes). Gl!!

you can find some teether like jewelry on amazon for pretty cheap I just searched up "sim jewelry" and stuff came up you can also search for "chewlery" and other terms like that

on etsy there are agere packages, and some paci shops have an option to hide said paci in a stuffed animal!! so that it looks like youre just buying a stuffie :3

thumb sucking is a life saver! and mandela coloring books are a perfect way to disguise coloring! You can buy dolls and say they're collectable tongue
