What do you do with Kandi you got from people you're not friends with anymore?

I'm not talking about bracelets you randomly get from people at raves. I mean Kandi you get from people who you were friends with but later something happened and you aren't friends anymore. Do you keep the pieces they made you or do you get rid of them somehow?

If it ended bitter, recycle what you can. If you and whoever made it for you kinda just drifted away, then trade it.

Id say keep it, kandi is kandi but if you really want to get rid of it just cut the string and keep the beads heavens know we can always use them again for your own designs

In one instance, only one, we all broke the kandi we received from an ex-friend but that is because what she did was so unacceptable to us that we didn't even want the memory of her to remain. However all the rest I've kept regardless of friend status

I still have each and every piece I have ever received, whether they were friends or randoms it doesn't matter if we are not friends anymore, the point is, they were kind enough to give you one in the first place, and it can be a memory of the good times you had with them, even if you don't make anymore with them.

I personally still have some kandi that I got from an ex-friend. Even though we're not friends anymore, we were really good friends for several years and made a lot of good memories together so I can't bring myself to get rid of it. But I know that some people destroy that kind of kandi or break it apart and re-use the beads...
