I need help! Am I faking tics orrr?

So I never really have had tics until a few months ago. I started getting them around the time I started seeing them more in the internet. A few months later I have a variety of them that just keep happening no matter how hard I try to stop. I’ll forget about them for a few hours, then I’ll remember them and have a bunch of them. They started kind of random and not too often but now I’m ticcing a LOT.
Here’s a small compilation of my tics

My vocal ones are saying “nya” in a quiet voice, saying “fuck” somewhat quietly to somewhat loudly, and saying “sorry” quietly-normally.

My physical ones are jerking my head to the side, front, or back, doing the middle finger with both hands, and full body spasms.

The reason I believe I might be faking it is cause a lot of these tics I saw on the internet before I started doing them, and whenever I see someone discuss their tics/tic I mimic it (not purposefully) so please please please help!!!!! I’m so confused

Edit: I forgot to mention I’m diagnosed with ADHD, and I am suspicious I might have autism. I also have anxiety

I’ve actually was in the same situation and had the same fear not too long ago and I’ve found comfort in the fact that a tic is something you can’t control, so since you can’t control it and aren’t doing it on purpose then they aren’t fake.

It is super reassuring to know I’m not the only one thoughrainbowsmilekao happycharmander

Hai! I don't think you're faking tics because

1. You're not doing it on purpose

2. It IS normal for your tics to mimic other one, thats why the neck twitch tic is so common lolz. (I even picked up some tics from friends :33)

3. Mine and lots of other people's tics come from something you think about a lot or like. In example it could be an interest like how sometimes i say a character's name from a series I love or, even if you don't mean or want to, you could be worrying about ticcing a swear word or slur and it could result in a tic

hope this helps!!
