went to a Hot Topic w my mom @ the mall once n she waited outside

I was having a problem w something n the @ girl the register said "go get ur grandma" n pointed to where my mom was

"That's my mom."

"Oh."

(btw I have an older mom i love her sm <3)

so i was at the mall, and this little kid pointed at me, then the father said

"dont point at him, thats rude."

and thats only wierd cuz like

i was dressed like a Lolita girl at the time, and got called a HIM.

like im not offended about it im just shocked..

I was minding my own business in the checkout line at a store and some random ass old guy just walked up to be and told me I should smile more because I was a beautiful lady

some random kid just walked up to me in the hall inbetween classes and, like, roared at me? it was more like a "RAAAUHGHG!" and it scared me a bit. pretty sure he was like trying to bark at me cus im emo

I have a few strange stories since I wear decora anytime I go out but probably the worst was when a group of boys behind me at the train station called my outfit (insertsluragainstgaypeople)-core. People are really shy about being mean in real life and that's really the only mean thing someones done other than record me and give me dirty looks. To anyone worried about getting into crazy fashion: don't! The overwhelming majority of my interactions with people have been great so go out and live your best life! I've found people are actually nicer to me when I'm dressed up People will just assume you're a happy person.
