I've noticed way too many people going political and others getting mad at me for it. And for that I apologize, I was not trying in any way to have people go away with political stuff I seriously thought people were just going to say like "Something is better than this", but then people started making all about politics and then people started getting mad at me for "making it social media" I honestly had no clue that people where going to start attacking each other because of different political views. I am super sorry to everyone I offended. So with that PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PUTTING POLITICS!! I just want a thread where people can express their feelings on dumb things and not get attacked for example my unpopular opinion is that Alfredo sauce is gross and marinara is way better. I get some people are still going to be mad at me and think my apology is half ass, but I assure you it is NOT, that everything I say here is 100% genuine and I seriously did not expect people to get so mad. So please my only request please STOP putting politics into this thread. I realize my joke "oh boy this is going to be heated" wasn't funny to everyone and I genuinely thought that people could tell it was a joke so I do apologize for not adding tone tags or anything like that, or even adding the fact I didn't want politics. So I will say this again please NO politics. /srs /gen /nm

Just because someone is a bully doesn’t mean thier homelife is terrible !! Ive always hated/never understood when bullying is talked about its alwayz “oh the bully might be going through something blah blah blah” some people are just straight up a-holes who dont care and like to hurt people. Now im not trying to saying everyone whos a bully has a great life but some people need to realize some people are just mean. (And hopefully said bullyz grow out of bullying) not sure if this is “unpopular” but i never see it talked about

@XxVinyl_ZombiixX: i heavily disagree on the fnaf 4 one because scott messed it up and that is a FACT.

the bite we see in the game (83) was supossed to be the bite of 87, because in scottgames . com's code there were a lot of "87" and once people started noticing that it didnt make sense to the timeline, all those numbers changed to 83 which made Scott have to say that there were actually two bites when that was NOT what he intended to happen

not only that but also the fact that after years the fact that who we play as is still a topic of discussion shows that fnaf 4 is definetly NOT the best game lore wise

Ive seen some horrible takes here so heres my chip:

Trans people shouldnt be categorized differently in any way in sports unless requested
DSMP sucks and everyone involved are horrible people. It doesnt matter if it was X long ago that they did stuff, they never made up for the stigma and harm they did to those communities (No. their half assed apologies dont count, they as popular and influential figures should know better and do better).
Train yourself to not see gender initially when meeting someone. I did it, its easy.
MLP GEN5 is a disaster and a disgrace to the MLP name.
FNAF 4 is the best game lore wise and one of the best design wise.
"Neopronouns" is an umbrella term for Xenopronouns and nounpronouns, both of which are valid.
Xenogenders are so fucking cool
"Cringe" will NEVER not be rooted in abelism and stereotyping disability
We need more canon LGBTQ characters that arent a walking stereotype, and all characters unless stated otherwise shouldnt be labeled (because thats how the world works).
Self Diagnosis is valid to an extent, but using behavior that is universal to being human doesnt count, because everyone can do those regardless of disability. Its only diagnosable in as much as its a detriment, if you arent disabled by the traits, you most likely dont have it.
Like 50% of people online claiming to be autistic after watching one of those "put ur finger down" or seeing the most niche video about traits arent autistic. People forget that it isnt a silly quirk, its a social and mental disability (coming from a dxed autistic here)
Cropping tails, declawing and stitching ears on animals is all animal abuse. There is no science behind any of it, its just cosmetics for human pleasure.
Everyone is on a spectrum of gender, some people just fall on the hard outer lines (which is called cis) and some are in between or off the line completely, but definitions and labels only reinforce the cisormative assumption.
Christianity can be traced back into history as the root of most to all of our modern problems including capitalism, homo/transphobia, racism, cis and hetero normative societal standards, homelessness, inflation etc etc etc.
Religion is never an excuse for exclusion or hatred and phobia.

"emo" is watered down so much. Its rooted in music but the stylized dressing is part of it too.
