I’m not opposed to this idea if there’s enough interest, but I normally can’t use random gifs off of the internet. They need to either be purchased from somewhere, or created especially for the site. But I think we’d be better off working from a blank template anyway, and then people could contribute new flags if they wanted to.

I think the main risk is the possibility of someone submitting an offensive flag, which has happened before with patterns. I’d need to make sure no offensive ones were used
