Hi, hello!

I adore starting new crafts and after a long while of stalling, I figured I should start Kandis!

A major irritation of mine is starting a craft type (any type of craft) without any background knowledge. Beginner stuff. What kinds of Kandi are there, where to buy supplies, what are some tips and tricks?

so please please please. spread some knowledge for a whimsical beginner?

start off with singles (Regular bracelets) and then try out a ladder cuff (the easiest cuff in my opinion) and keep moving upwards! Hope you have funhappy

start with singles! they're easy, fun, and you start to build a collection really quickly, plus it gets you used to picking out color schemes and just working with the beads. then i'd move onto youtube tutorials-- 3D cuffs are super simple to learn imo and you get the hang of it really easily. just looking up "kandi cuff tutorial" on the internet will make your life so much easier!

good luck in your kandi journey!!!! you got this!!

i don't know if they have michael's everywhere, but that's where i get my beads. i'm not super skilled at it, but for learning how to do cuffs i'd reccommend following along a video and then attempting to do a pattern on your own

walmart, hobby lobby, and michaels has a good bead selection , (going in order of price walmart being the least expensive). You can start with making singles, then going a bit more complex like a hello kitty single and start trying cuffs, i find the x base cuff to be the easiest for beginners. really its just about doing what you want to make and having fun w it because kandi isnt always necessarily difficult just tedious . hope this helped!!
