It depends what kind of cuff you wanna make, but I suggest going through VickyMuffins' tutorials on yt (here), they really helpw33

if you're more advanced, i suggest kandi toybox and mood kandi (they/them) !!!

if you're more of a beginner to an intermediate level, i suggest vicky's muffins (she/they(?)/bun) , ginger cand-e , and justin bennett !!! they all have really good tutorials and go really slow ^__^

i also suggest liya kitten if you want a little bit of inspo, or if you just wanna see her insane amount of kandi /lh /pos
