Already living and working my dream career. I work with developmentally and mentally disabled adults. It's the best thing in the world when you get to teach them something new or you notice they're doing something that they never did before. It's an amazing feeling knowing that every day you go into work, you make a difference in their lives. I love it! Known since I was 14 that I was going to be doing this for the rest of my life.

I want to be a novelist when I grow up c: I mean, I write now, but I'd like to have it as a profession~ I'm 80% sure that won't pay the bills though, so I'll probably end up working for my family until I find something else I enjoy. ^,^

I would love to sing...in a small band and build up I just suffer horrible stage fright! I shake and uncontrollably and move back and forth a lot, aside from that im ok but extremely worried and everything. Or a therapist (But I need one myself so I doubt that would fly!) If this doesn't work out I would possibly enroll myself in the army etc. My grandparents and family really want me to go into it because so many in my family have tried but something comes up, finding a lover, having a kid etc. and they think im tough enough to make it through and think it would be good for me! SOOOO! If singer and therapist doesn't work then I will be in the army to make my family proud and hopefully find a sense of meaning.(:

I'm going to go to college for creative writing and journalism. I want to be a musician and a writer, but I'm putting music aside for the time being. Journalism is my backup plan if my writing career doesn't work out. I don't think it's bad to know what you want to do when you're older...Idunno, it's nice to have dreams happy

I know that our brains are indeed underdeveloped And I know that major doesn't always decide the career even doctors can major in random things I know certan things that I want But there kinda silly I see myself following either a medical or buissness related career I just wanted to hear your opinions And there all great I apreciate them alt happy

About what FlutterRave said, I wanted to add that what you major in doesn't necessarily have to define what career you do. I might have made it seem that way in my post. Obviously in some cases it has to, like doctors, but if you're skilled at something, what your degree is in doesn't always matter. I work in a field completely unrelated to my degree, and my dad is an electrical engineer and he has hired and worked with many people who have liberal arts degrees or no degree at all.
