Have you ever taken apart something you've made?

Mostly reffering to big things. I made my first kandikini a while ago; it's posted on my profile. I put a lot of work into it, as it's not just a normal kandikini. well i have a picture in my head for a cooler one that i would love more, but i don't have enough beads, so i was gonna take apart my first one. i have plenty of string, and i'll have enough beads if i do take it apart. but will i feel guilty? have you ever taken apart something cool you made to make it cooler?

Yes, anytime that I make something that I later don't like I take it apart.

Yup, because if I don't like it I won't wear/use it. For example: I had a kandi space needle and decided I didn't like it anymore so I took it apart.

sorry, i don't know what that is

but i'm guessing it's something big, so that's all i need. i think you've convinced me to scrap it and make a new one, which deep inside is what i really want to do (i think). thank you!

Yes, I was in the same situation as you, I made my first kandikini, Batgirl themed. I wore it once and didn't wear it again for a while. So I took it apart and remade it into something I would wear again. Yeah it sucked, but it became something better.. Don't think of it as taking it apart. Think of it as your kandi is evolving.. like pokemon

(also, it's a great way to save money and space if you're never going to wear it again)

This is actually the reason I barely have any kandi.. that and I give most of it anyway. I'm alwaaaaaays breaking kandi then either improving it or making something more useful!

yupp! plenty of times, finished projects unfinished projects if i can make something cooler i'll take it apart

Yup. I have taken a few apart. Mostly cuffs and singles though.
