okay so this is gonna be rlly weird but what do yall think abt furries? Honestly i think they're adorable as long as they're not mersuiting in front of me yk? but i also think my opinion is a bit biased bc i was a furry when i was like 8 years old. i had a whole fursuit and everything + 200 followers on my music.ly xd but my parents thought i was doing nsfw in the suit for some reason so they pushed me out of the fandom. i just wanna hear other peoples opinions on the topic... /gen

i have a fursona, mostly as a joke. i do not support mursuiters at all honestly...i think that they're gross and they fetishize animals. but if you're a furry and you arent a zoophile or whatever, I think its cool!

honestly, i think furrys are cool!! hell i've been drawing anthropomorphic characters for over 3 years. i mean i do have a fursona (as a way to express myself easier and i just like drawing anthro characters XD) and i don't identify as a furry at all, but like i said i have no problem with them :3 !!

but mersuiters just really gross me out .... it feels like to me like its a fetish and that just makes me feel icky.

i went to a fursuit con once, specifically mff 2019. i saw a fursuiter who i really looked up to as a creator and an artist and i took pictures with them but then i later found out that they do murrsuiting with the same suit i was right next to them with. it disgusted me as a furry myself. i was only 10 and for some reason the thought that i took photos with a murrsuiter as a minor still scares me.

as a furry the fandom can get REALLY weird, but murrsuiters are just another level of weird if you ask me

@tabbypawbeans: yeah that is rlly scary and disgusting too that the creator would still let a child take pictures with the suit they were mersuiting in :/

Well Im pretty okay with furries, some of them are pretty cool and just like to be themselves/ have fun. The ones im not okay with are the ones who are just doing nfsw, umm... having relationships with real animals, (also fetishizing animals) or being just borderline creepy- Other than that yeah furries are alright, I see no problem with them (also genuine question *sorry im dumb lmao* what is a mersuiter??)

furries can have rlly cool designs and stuff, but i think its knda crazy spending thounsands of dollars on a suit yk? i mean yeh live your life lmao, mersuiters are weird as hell tho.... i saw this thing abt a mersuiter like fr doing a minor and saying they "didnt know" bc they had a mask on... also abt that thing where that popular furry creator like did weird things w his dog.... anyway i draw dragons and sometimes furries but im not 1 lol

furries are chill honestly... i'm a fursuit maker so somewhat involved with the community and most people are (rightfully) disgusted by murrsuits and zoophiles.

i mean like i’m a furry (i’ve floated in and out of the fandom a bunch for the past few years) and honestly there’s not too much in an issue, it’s the same with any fandom tbh, keep the nsfw stuff in the nsfw spaces and out of the sfw ones and there’s not really much of an issue lmao
