I'm about to piss myself off with this but lolz- x_x BEFORE I GO TO BED >:3 What's your biggest alternative hot take? O.o Mine is that is bugs me when people are like "We have to bring the 2000s back! Rawring 20s!" yet at the same time go "Normalize not vibing to the social construct of fetishizing systematic toxic stimulationing gaslighting so you can retrieve non-problematic mental vibes" like if your going to parade "Living in the 2000s" around then drop that 2022 talk. And if you aren't... Still drop it, it's stupid and you just sound like your trying too hard to sound smart, lol

The way you present it is as if everyone hated POC and plus sized people in the community and everyone glorified depression and sh and that's why it's worse but just like how I've seen people criticize emo/scene kids back then I've also seen a lot of people say they met a scene/emo kid and they were completely normal people. Pls correct me if I'm wrong but I'm getting "It was all bad" vibes when, from what I've seen, it just dosen't seem like that? I'd say the community was at least half and half but then again what isn't? There's always gonna be half jerks and half normal people in a community. Just like how I've seen lots of people say their horror stories with scene/emo kids I've also seen a lot of people talk about how they had completely normal and nice experiences with them. While I do agree there were bad things going on, the narrative that it was "all bad" just seems... Kinda inaccurate to me? Normally I wouldn't care but you asked if you got things wrong and that's just what I feel like is incorrect

@13Killz: Have you ever checked out SOAD? Emo kids in the 2000s listened to em (Although I don't think they're emo) and they're musics intense so I think you'll like em!

@13Killz: Well, if you at least like a few bands I'd still qualify you as emo :3 I do also like really loud songs so there's some scene songs I don't like (I love Breath Carolina but I'm not the biggest fan of Hello Fascination, a lot of the songs are too calm for me XDD Still love it, it's just not the best thing I've ever heard :T)
