i can agree with that for other styles too. some people think e-kid is emo or goth, but e kid is seperate from those because it originated more from solely the internet rather than a music-based subculture. goth is a super diverse subculture that has a lot to do with your views and music you listen to, and emo is in a similar way. grunge also has a lot to do with views and music, but people kinda ignore that from the subcultures and just see the style, removing the whole point of a subculture community.

nah but seriously, if u need grunge clothes go to thrift stores and antique shops

if you need grunge inspo imagine ¨but would bender from the breakfast club wear this?¨ of course your style is your own but dont look at pinterest for any inspo its not helpful at all

i recommend watching a bunch of shows that came out in the 90s and paying attention to the way they dress.

grunge everyday wear is always ripped jeans, old boots, and oversized flannel, and some old band tshirt
