do u have any frosted blues?

Ice themed; dark blue inside, medium blue inside and frosted blue(or light blue) with white~!(maybe add sum blue stars 2!)

rainbows. like, the base is blue like the sky with white accents for the clouds, and the rotating part could be rainbow colors, maybe with a 3d kandi rainbow attached to it if ur able to do that sor of thing! (mood kandi on youtube has a great 3d rainbow tutorial :])
