typing quirks (rant)

i'm going to say something people might get mad over, but a lot of typing quirks are annoying.

i want to know what you have against using the right letters. why do you use numbers in place of letters? like, i can understand doing it for a username, link, etc, but everytime you type something? do you know how hard that is to read, especially to people who have reading disabilities like myself? what do you have against the letter s?

i can understand people who don't use capital letters. i can understand those who don't use commas unless it's serious. that doesn't mess with reading comprehension and word processing. replacing letters with other characters does.

idk. i don't have anything else to add. i just wanted to rant about this and get it out of my system.

If someone wants to type in such a way i can't read their posts without a cipher, then i'm not going to read their posts.

this isnt rlly a typing quirk but on my laptop i use x to replace the last letter of the alphabet cus that key is broken, i usually do that whenever im not feeling like copying and pasting the character. but i do agree with u on this ! i never really considered it to b a problem because the letter isnt seen that much in words imo, but when i do use the letter ill try to put a translation if yall want !!

no ur right i like typing quirks but if you use them you should provide a normal translation below it its not that hard

for the sake of this ill type normally, but i do have a typing quirk where i replace s with z (as seen in my bio) i do it because personally for me, its easier to read. i also get upset if i dont do it. i cant explain why, idk why exactly, but it just doesnt feel like im me if im not doing it:/ my typing quirk is a big thing to help distinguish me from my other headmates as well
