We’re The Sapling System, an (undiagnosed) OSDD 1B system of around 55 alters! We are an introject heavy system. We would love to be friends with you guys!!

@urloverboy: I know I wasnt the one you asked, but Im a system, so I can answer for you. DID and OSDD are trauma based disorders. They come from early childhood trauma, and your personality doesnt fully integrate into one because of this trauma. So, you have to have trauma to have DID/OSDD. If you domt have any, you cant have it

@Cherwubi: I had to do a lot more research and I still dont think i understand, so correct me if I'm wrong, but a system that may or may not have trauma, but whether or not they do, is not related to being a system? if that's correct, how do you know if its caused by trauma or not?
