Can you be racist towards white people? Some of my friends say you can't and others say you can, whats y'alls opinion on it?

no you can't, white people can experience prejudice but there was never any systematic oppressions. Racism is the shit we have backed by statistics proving that its easier for white people to get jobs, some person saying "I hate white people" is not.
