I've seen a few videos where people talk about claires piercings, but the things I remember are that they aren't really the best for piercings, I never got my ears done at a claires and I don't plan to but probably look up videos on youtube about their piercings

I know claires uses a piercing gun for most of their piercings as well, which I'm pretty sure isn't good for a cartilage piercing, but I think for eae piercings (if its just a lobe piercing) using one is fine, I got both of my sets of earlobe piercings done with one at a walmart and the only issue I had was that one got infected a while after the piercing and ended up closing, but that was the worst of it for me

you shouldn't, they literally barely have training courses how to use piercing guns, and just hand it off to a random teen crying
I think you're supposed to go to those tattoo shops that also do piercings? I have no clue since I pierced my ears myself (horrible do not reccomend)

Idrk i got mine pierced there at 3 months old and apparently they did it wrong so we had to get them redone. My friend gets her piercings done at a piercing/tattoo place i think. U should do that lol

please please please do not get your ears pierced at claires (cw a lil gross/graphic?)

their piercing guns pierce by crushing your skin instead of actually piercing it with a needle and nobody is trained. i know someone who did one lobe piercing and it got incredibly infected. go to a tattoo shop bc they have better knowledge of human anatomy

Noooo please don't. I asked about a cartilage piercing as a test and the girl said she could do it, while holding the piercing gun w17

Guns should never be used for piercing cartilage, tattoo/piercing shops are the best bet like others have suggested heart bounce

ik this is an older thread but its way cheaper and safer to get ur piercings done at tattoo shops! most tatt parlors have piercers who are actually certified and who know what they are doing -- claires typically employs untrained younger ppl.

nononono!! kao shocked Please get them done at a real piercings shop!! It’s wayy more safe and they have more experience

Pleaseeee do not! The piercing guns that Claire's use cannot be cleaned properly and cannot be disinfected! It is probably more pricey but go to some place that pierces with a needle! I have gotten 2 ear lobe and one cartilage piercing from needles and they never get infected! Also get earrings (especially for cartilage) that are nickel free, hypoallergenic, and or surgical steel! ear piercings are sensitive, get sensitive earrings big grin Hope this helps!!
