for me i've grown very attached to this one squishmallow i have, i love the texture and how it looks and its very snugglable and i really love it- tbh mostly only posted this thread cus i wanted to rant about it cus its so silly

edit: might as well add some more comfort items i have since people keep bringing this thread back lol

another one is this stuffed animal i made in my sewing class in 7th grade, its like supposed to be a cat but it doesnt have a tail and it's very rectangular. its pretty much a pillow with arms, ears, eyes, and a sad excuse for legs :3 it kinda looks like pete the cat cus of the colors i had available at the moment, but i still love it <3 its like, since im the one who made it, it cant judge me :]

also just my bag that i bring pretty much everywhere, it used to just be for well y'know, carrying things, but now whenever i go out without it it feels weird to not have the weight of it on my shoulder. plus its useful for other comfort items or fidgets wherever i go :3

Small kitty necklace that I match with best friend, i hold it and spin it on the chain to self soothe, it has little smooth indents on it and i can follow the curve of the tail for repetitive motion. It's my favorite thing in the world. If I have to go out I have it on.

OMG !! so i have a good few comfort stuffies!! so my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE silly guy is my tmnt mutant mayhem mikey plush/throw pillow and they r so silly and i love him sm!! i also rlly love my shark plushies (i have 5 rn) and my shark books and figures!! big silly D rlly just books figures and stuffies of my special interests !! (not to mention my 2003 donatello action figure i got from a flea market which can be sold for 120$ ) im just so silly!!

i don’t think im neurodivergent(idk) but my comfort item is my little plush lobster he fits in my hand his name is nibbles and i take him everywhere (school, trips etc) he just brings me comfort to hold and adore i love him so much
