It started off as a joke to piss of one of my friends but now my heart is going kinda faster than I feel like it should 0_0

you'll most likely be fine since the acrylic paint will be very diluted so you won't have actually drunk much at all. your heart going fast could possibly be anxiety if you don't have any other side affects.

that being said, if you do develop more side affects, or if your heart continues to beat faster than normal (or speeds up more), I'd suggest you tell someone or call a doctor.
