Question about mail trades

I mail trade, but not through here, yet. I do through Instagram because it's easier to stalk the shit out of the person to see if they're legit, hahaha. Anywayy. How do I explain to my family about this? They know we trade, but my mom noticed all my envelopes had different names and I don't want to explain it and make it sound like im whoring my address around the internet..I tried and now my mom thinks that. -_- Since my mom already has worries about me talking to people on the internet, is a P.O box the best option? I just don't wanna get one if it costs too much. If you want to trade though, you can messsage me to work something out because trading isn't allowed here. But I'm not sending anything out until I figure all this shit out, haha. It should only take a few days so. I'm just really wanting to start getting strict with it to avoid another scam. Ugh, why do people even bother to scam you? Like, how shitty of you. If you're into scams, just go to Hot Topic, Spencers, or Claire's to buy your beaded bracelets. Ahahahaha
